 Where can I have my bike shipped? Do you ship internationally?
Balance Bikes 4 Kids ships directly to customers in the United States. To service our international customers, Balance Bikes 4 Kids has partnered with Bongo International, a company that allows customers outside the U.S. to establish a U.S. shipping address for a small cost. Once you have registered with Bongo International, you will be given your United States shipping address. Just use that in our checkout process and we will ship the product to that address.

Bongo International then handles the packaging and shipping of the product to its international destination. This service is extremely useful for those located outside the U.S. who frequently shop on U.S.-based websites as it allows you to package up products from multiple vendors for a single shipment.
How is my bike shipped and how long will it take to arrive?
We will deliver your bike either via UPS or FedEx via the standard ground shipping option. In our experience most shipments arrive within 3 to 8 days of shipment.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours. Orders received on the weekend will be scheduled to ship on the following Monday.
Is it possible to expedite shipping?
Some bikes can be shipped via overnight or 2-day shipping but do not qualify for our Free Shipping offer. We can’t guarantee the bikes can be processed and shipped via expedited shipping and encourage you to call us toll-free at 1-888-264-9199 to discuss shipping options. You can also email us or use our live chat option.
Please don’t rely on good fortune or luck to guarantee the arrival of a bike on an important date like Christmas or a birthday.

How will I know when my order has shipped? How do I track it?
Once we have a tracking number for your order, we will send it to you via email. You can then track the order via the UPS or FedEx websites.
How hard is it to put my bike together once it arrives?
That all depends on your skill level, but there’s nothing that’s too challenging. On most bikes you will be inserting the seat, handlebars and front tire onto the frame and tightening them. Some bikes include the needed tools but generally it only requires an adjustable wrench and Phillips head screwdriver. |
