If you need to process a refund or return please notify us first through our Support Center or by calling 1-888-264-9199. If you are returning new merchandise under our "Any Time No-Hassle Guarantee" then you will need to arrange for and pay shipping on the return.
Items being returned because of defect, incorrect product type or damage within 30 days of delivery are handled differently. Contact us via email or phone and we will send out a prepaid shipping label for your return.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment (credit card or PayPal) or you may request a gift certificate. It typically takes 72 hours to process a refund after item is received. Refunds generally take up to 7 days to be processed by the credit card company and may not appear on your credit card statement until the next billing cycle.
